Asian Curry and Honey Veggie Roaster
Gluten free - small batch seasoning
There is enough seasoning to season 3 pounds of vegetables. Each pack comes with a recommended serving suggestion/recipe:
1 lb carrots
1 tbsp seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Trim and peel carrots then cut diagonally into 1-inch slices. Place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together olive oil and seasoning. Drizzle over carrot slices and toss to coat all sides. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until browned and tender, turning halfway through. Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds (optional).
Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
