Candied tomatoes

Ingredients:
6 large ripe tomatoes
1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera
Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Slice tomatoes in half crosswise. Place tomatoes on baking sheet, cut side up and drizzle olive oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 2 hours, until tomatoes are wrinkled on the outside and moist in the center. Serve warm or cold.
