Cranberry Popcorn

Ingredients: 

  • Butter - 6 tablespoons 
  • Fresh Cranberries - 1/2 cup 
  • Sugar - 2 Tablespoons 
  • Honey - 2 Tablespoons 
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds (slivered, pieces, your preference) - 1 cup (toasted)
  • Popped Popcorn - 12 cups

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. 

Melt butter in saucepan and add cranberries, sugar and hone, salt and vanilla. Cook the cranberries until they pop, about 3 minutes. Toss with 12 cups of popped popcorn, toss with almonds. Mix all ingredients together and bake until dry, about 8 minutes.
