Healthy Granola Recipe

Very Easy


2 cups rolled, whole oats (Old Fashioned Oats)

1/2 cup raw nuts, chopped

1/4 cup seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)

1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped

2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Raw Honey( we use a local creamed honey with chopped pecans in it)

2 Tablespoons fruity olive oil or your favorite oil 

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract or almond extract

1 pinch of vanilla sea salt 

A sprinkle of Chia seeds for crunch and nutrition 


Preheat oven to 300F. 

Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. 

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for about 10 minutes or until slightly toasted. 

Cool before serving or storing. This granola can be kept in an airtight container for about 2 weeks.
