Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

7 cups cauliflower florets 

1 Tablespoon olive oil 

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 425*F

In a bowl or zip-lock bag, add the cauliflower florets and olive oil. Stir or shake  to combine. We put ours in a plastic container and we shook it to combine the olive oil and the cauliflower so the breadcrumbs would stick. 

Add all of the other ingredients and shake to combine. 

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet (greased or lined with foil) and bake for about 20 minutes. Stir or flip the cauliflower and bake for another 10 minutes. 

These florets are great served with chicken or salmon. I like to have a bite of cauliflower with each bite of chicken. Yum.
