Walnut Olive Spread - Wycombe Vineyards

6 oz of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt 

1/2 cup chopped pecans/walnuts (or experiment with other nuts that are not salty)

1 cup chopped green salad olives (or garlic stuffed, or any other favorite)

Pepper to taste 

Garlic cloves, chopped to taste 


Using a food processor; put in garlic, nuts, and olives for a few seconds to get them started. Then add the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and pepper. 

Mix well, but not too long. If it gets too "stiff" you can add a little juice from the olives. It can be chunky.
