Coconut Granola  - it is sweet and satisfying to have as a breakfast alone or crumbled with yogurt or as a healthier snack option or dessert. You can have it as a bark or as crumbled granola. Be sure to watch it in the oven as to not let it overcook or burn. A little brown around the edges is expected and adds a nice flavor; almost reminiscent of coffee.
