Burger Seasoning Mix Classic Steakhouse
This Seasoning Mix will help take your meat patties to easy Crispy Smash Patties.
1 lb ground beef (recommended with at least 20% fat)
Divide beef into 8 equal sections. Place each section on a piece of parchment paper and season with approximately 1 tsp seasoning. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and smash the burger into a wide, 1/4 inch thick circle.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties onto hot skill, do not touch until the bottom side is fully seared and crisped (about 2min) then flip. Place cheese on top while second side cooks. Stack two patties on a toasted bun with your favorite burger toppings, like lettuce, onion, and tomato.
