Roasted Butternut Squash Seed Oil
From "seed to bottle" this oil is from the finger lakes region. Roasted butternut squash seeds are cold-pressed to produce unrefined oil. This oil has a really beautiful deep golden hue. The taste is nutty and buttery similar to a toasted peanut or cashew oil. Great on roasted vegetables, salad, grilled meat or fish. Substitute butter on popcorn. Also can be used as a finishing oil.
Smoke point of 425F makes this oil perfect for stir fry, grilling or saute.
