Olio Nuovo 2023
Pressed in October 2023 in California
Straight from the grower to us to enjoy! This is New Oil (Olio Nuovo) which is the first press of the Harvest season. It is best enjoyed fresh and close to the pressing time so please try to enjoy it within 3 months for optimal flavor, health and benefits.
Flavor & Aroma - Robust and fruity, with apple, apricot, peach flavors & a big green herbaceous kick that includes fresh flavors of kiwi. As big as this oil is, it's well balanced, with its rich fruity flavors, pungency (peppery burn on the throat) and bitterness. Think of this Evo as you would a bold Cabernet coming out of Napa. Olive: Ascolano Growing Region: Northern California Harvest Date: October 2023
Watch the video (an oldie but a goodie) for the best explanation of this amazing New Oil,
