Montebello Spinach Fettucine


Italian pasta product, USDA Organic and NON -GMO; imported from Italy by Stonewall Kitchen. 

The pasta is made in small batches from freshly milled semolina flour with organic spinach and a small amount of water from a neighboring spring. 

The dough is shaped through traditional dies and left to slowly air-dry. This method soaks up sauce better and makes the texture have more of a bite.
