Crab Quiche

1. 9 inch pie crust (frozen or fresh flaky quiche crust)

2. 4 Large eggs 

3. 1 cup heavy cream 

4. 1/2 tsp salt and pepper or Butcher's Blend to taste 

5. 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or something similar

6. 3 dashes hot sauce (optional) - we sell hot sauce 

7. 8 oz fresh lump crab meat 

8. 1 cup Monterey jack cheese 

9. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 

10. 1 sweet yellow onion or green onion, chopped  

11. 1 red bell pepper, chopped 


Preheat oven to 350F. 

Prepare pie crust according to your preference. 

Whisk together the ingredients 2 - 6. Stir in Crabmeat, cheese, onions and pepper. 

Pour mixture into pie crust and bake until set about 35 minutes.
