Garlic Meatloaf tortillas
Do you love comfort food? Try a meatloaf served on a heated corn tortilla.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup, onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Creamy Garlic mustard
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves
- Ground pepper and salt
- Your favorite brown gravy recipe or jar/packet
- Mini soft corn tortillas
- (shredded cheese - optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Combine beef, onion, ketchup, mustard, egg, bread crumbs, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf or circle and flatten a bit. Cook in a baking dish for ease of making your shape. Cook for about 1 hour; checking for desired doneness after about 45 minutes. You want your meatloaf to be moist.
Serve meat loaf with brown gravy and corn tortillas cooked in oil on a skillet/oven or on the grill.
