Refill Policy

We are 100% behind re-using your Olive Oil Etcetera bottles here at the store. Why waste glass, right? We think alike but we need to make sure we are all safe so we have some ground rules because OLIVE all of you and respect your desire to recycle. 

Incentive for you? Yes, you get $1 off when you re-use your bottle. 

HOW TO CLEAN AN EMPTY BOTTLE 

1. Wash your bottle thoroughly. Buy a bottle brush, use some degreaser dish soap and scrub and shake your bottle with the cork on. If you have a dishwasher run it through a cycle with the sanitize and dry feature on. If not, then wash your bottle out thoroughly and Let it dry, upside down with the cork off. 
2. NO Moisture should be in the bottle when we do to refill it so only re-cork it when your bottle is dry. Otherwise, you may develop mold or bacteria and we can not re-fill this bottle for you. 
3. If your sticker falls off we will replace it so the most important thing is to come in with clean bottles for us to fill. It saves us time and saves you from getting potentially sick. The integrity of our product and your health is of upmost importance to us. 
4. A clean bottle can be refilled with any flavor. You save a $ and collect your loyalty points.
