Photo from Food network

4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

2 Teaspoons Buckingham Valley Honey

1/4 Teaspoon Sea salt

Mix the butter, honey and salt in a bowl until it is smooth and serve with warm biscuits. Another alternative is to melt all three ingredients together and serve as a warm butter on biscuits.

Serve with Dill Biscuits:

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

12 Tablespoons cold, unsalted butter, diced

2 Tablespoons fresh dill

1/2 cup buttermilk, plus more for brushing on biscuits prior to baking

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425.

Pulse the flour, baking soda, baking powder and fine sea salt in food processor. Add the butter and pulse into pea size pieces. Add the dill, then slowly pulse in the buttermilk until the dough comes together. Transfer to a floured surface and knead 3-5 times.

Shape into a disk and roll in out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds using a glass or cookie cutter. Reroll scraps so everything gets used. Place on a baking sheet, brush with buttermilk and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.

Serve with warm honey butter!
