Honey Lime Vinaigrette

 Serve with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and romaine lettuce
  Ingredients
  ¼ cup lime juice
  2 Tablespoons low sodium chicken broth
  2 Tablespoons california lime olive oil
  2 tablespoons honey
  ¼ teaspoon minced garlic (1 small clove)

Directions: combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
