Linguine with Clam Sauce
This recipe was inspired by Travis Manion; it was a meal he enjoyed as told to us by his family.
1 (16 oz) package uncooked Linguine
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 cup Meyer Lemon Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
3 (6 1/2 oz) cans minced clams, undrained
Ground pepper and salt, to taste
1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon juice
Cook pasta. While pasta is cooking, slightly brown garlic in olive oil. Remove garlic from heat and add parsley, pepper, salt, clams with juice and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes and pour over pasta. Finish your dish with your favorite cheese.
