Cucumber Melon Spritzer

 

Call it a mocktail or call it a shrub - this is our version of a flavored beverage with balsamic vinegar. Our customers have been adding flavored balsamic vinegar to their soda water for years. 

Ingredients: 

2 lime wedges - add more if you love citrus 

1 Tablespoon simple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon Cucumber melon balsamic vinegar or whatever one you decide 

Other flavors to try: Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar, Peach Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and many others to choose from at the store. 

1/4 cup Club Soda/Seltzer 

2-3 mint leaves, muddled 

Directions: 

Fill a glass with ice, add your squeezed limes, peppermint and stir in your simple syrup, seltzer and balsamic vinegar.
