Strawberry Balsamic with Fresh Mozzarella Salad
2 tbsp of Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera
2 tbsp of Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar from Olive Oil Etcetera
1/2 tsp of Alessi Italian Spices (grinder) fom Olive Oil Etcetera
1 heart of Romaine lettuce, torn or cut into bite size pieces (3 cups lightly packed)
8 oz container strawberries hulled and sliced
3 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, diced (about 3/4 cup)
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, strawberry balsamic vinegar, and italian spices. Place lettuce in a large bowl and toss with half dressing. Place salad into 4 salad bowls. Toss cheese and strawberries with remaining dressing. Place 1/4 of berries on top of each mound of lettuce.
