1 28 oz can San Marzano crushed tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera
1-2 large Garlic cloves, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in pan. When hot, add garlic to pan to brown, do not overcook. Add the whole can of crushed tomatoes and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Do not cover the pan. Add salt and pepper and cook for additional 3 minutes.
