Balsamic and Roasted Onion Veggie Roaster

Gluten free - small batch seasoning 

There is enough seasoning to season 3 pounds of vegetables. Each pack comes with a recommended serving suggestion/recipe:

Ingredients: 

1 lb brussels sprouts 

3 Tbsp. Arbequina Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera 

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp seasoning 

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Trim stem of brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut in half and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together melted butter, olive oil, and seasoning. Drizzle over brussels sprouts and toss to coat all sides. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and charred, turning halfway through.

Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
