Chocolate Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
House favorite! Aged up to 18 years, thick and sweet. Most surprisingly indulgent balsamic EVER! The cocoa covers your taste buds first and then the raspberry finishes the taste. Most people love this balsamic and say it's good enough to just drink!
Serving suggestion: drizzle on cheese plates, berries, cheesecake or ice cream. Mix into fudge, ricotta cheese, whipped cream, butter or frosting. Great for baking in most recipes that call for traditional balsamic vinegar. Drizzle on salad greens with goat, feta, blue or Parmesan cheese, dried fruit and toasted nuts. Use as a marinade for steak, ribs, inject into brisket or put in chili. .
Pairs well with Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Citrus habanero olive oil or Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.
