Serving Suggestion

Drizzle on cheese plates, berries, cheesecake or ice cream. Mix into fudge,  ricotta cheese, whipped cream, butter or frosting. Great for baking in most recipes that call for traditional balsamic vinegar. Drizzle on salad greens with goat, feta, blue or Parmesan cheese, dried fruit and toasted nuts. Use as a marinade for steak, ribs, inject into brisket or put in chili. *Raspberries are soaked in alcohol to extract flavor and not cooked down with the balsamic vinegar.  Dairy Free
