Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
Coconut balsamic is a sweet, white vinegar that brightens the flavors of foods it is paired with. The taste is just what you're imagining, it tastes like a vacation.
This balsamic vinegar is made traditionally in Modena, Italy; it is aged in oak barrels and then blended with a white pinot grigio wine vinegar before adding a natural coconut flavoring. Drizzle fruit salad, grilled pineapple or make a tropical salad dressing to serve over fruit or a tropical inspired salmon served over greens, with black beans. Pair with lime olive oil on salad or make a dressing & for jasmine rice, sliced almonds and toasted coconut flakes. Drizzle on your favorite grilled shrimp or chicken.
