Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar

Aged up to 12 years.  

This thick, white vinegar is tart and sweet like a ripe pineapple.

Serving suggestions: Perfect to add a little island to any dish. Marinade or drizzle on fish or poultry; make a salad dressing or add to fresh salsa.

Chow Mein Noodles (by La Choy)

Mix together the spinach salad, blood orange olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. We use less oil and vinegar and then add more as the other ingredients go in. Add the crumbled goat cheese and then cuties and noodles, toss to combine.

Plate each salad and add a finishing drizzle of Blood Orange Olive Oil to taste! Enjoy with salmon or chicken for a complete meal.

Pairs well with Citrus Habanero olive oil and California lime olive oil.
