Manchego and Roasted Garlic Veggie Roaster
Gluten free and made in small batches
There is enough seasoning in the packet for 3 pounds of vegetables; the package contains serving suggestions/recipe:
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp seasoning
Preheat oven 450 degrees F. Slice cauliflower into 1/2-inch "steaks" and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together olive oil, melted butter, and seasoning. Brush onto both sides of cauliflower steaks. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through.
Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
