Parmesan Mediterranean Veggie Roaster
Gluten free and made in small batches.
This veggie packet can season up to 3 pounds of vegetables. It is great on any type of squash. There is a serving suggestion/recipe on the back of the packet:
1 acorn or butternut squash
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds, then cut into half-moon slices about 1/2-inch thick. Place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together melted butter, olive oil and seasoning. Drizzle over squash slices and toss to coat all sides. Roast for turning halfway through.
Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
