Italian dipping spices - Grinder
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (aged 18 years)
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella; clean and chop basil. Layer mozzarella and tomatoes. Heavily drizzle olive oil on vegetables and lightly drizzle with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. Grind on Italian dipping spices and chopped basil.
Serve over arugula or a bed of greens.
