18 year aged Balsamic Vinegar (Traditional Balsamic Vinegar)
Our most popular Balsamic vinegar is the 18 Year aged Balsamic vinegar. It is 100% natural; made from Grape must which is the sweet juice of freshly pressed grapes. The juice is boiled to a concentrate, fermented and acidified, and aged in wood barrels to make a delightful balsamic vinegar that is thick, sweet and amazing on anything. The only added sugar is from the grape must which is 100% from the sugar in the grapes so the sugar is natural.
Serving suggestions: drizzle on pizza, caprese salad, sandwiches, pasta, cheese or add to anything that calls for balsamic vinegar.
