Spanish - Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Recipes

Italian croutons 

 Ingredients:

2 cups of your favorite bread (use left-overs)
2 tablespoons Spanish - Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons soft butter
Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F
Cut bread into cubes
Combine oil, butter and seasoning
Coat bread cubes in mixture
Arrange cubes on ungreased baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes, cool and savor with soups and salad
