Parmesan Asiago Tossed Broccoli

1 broccoli crown
1 garlic clove
Meyer lemon olive oil from olive oil etcetera
Parmesan asiago cheese spread from olive oil etcetera
bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Preheat baking sheet on lower rack in oven to 450 F. Blanch 1 head of broccoli in salted water with a chopped garlic clove for about 1 minute; drain. Toss with meyer lemon olive oil, a handful of bread crumbs and about ¼ cup of cheese spread. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
