These tomatoes are simple and timeless.  
Ingredients:
6 large ripe tomatoes
1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera
Salt & Pepper
*Optional: We included a onion because we made a tomato sauce out of this batch in the Ninja blender. We also included a foil pack of a garlic bulb to make roasted garlic for the sauce. 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Slice tomatoes in half crosswise. Place tomatoes on baking sheet, cut side up and drizzle olive oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 1 - 2 hours, until tomatoes are wrinkled on the outside and moist in the center. Serve warm or cold.
