Sausage and Peppers


8 Italian sausage (hot or sweet)

2 Tablespoons Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olive Oil Etcetera 

1 large onion (halved, sliced)

2 Large red peppers, sliced and seeded

1 Green pepper, sliced and seeded

2 cloves minced garlic 

salt and pepper, oregano, crushed red peppers (optional)



Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, turning often until browned. 

Add the onions and stir up brown bits. After 2 minutes, add everything else and cook until done, maybe 10 more minutes.
