Black Walnut Balsamic Vinegar

Aged up to 18 years, thick like syrup and naturally sweet from the traditional balsamic base. Black walnut extract produces a robust and sweet taste. The taste is similar to cherries with a mix of grape from the balsamic vinegar.

Serving Suggestions:

Mix with rosemary olive oil for a fall salad and pair it with blue and feta cheese. Use it as a marinade for red meat or poultry. Add to your baking recipes that call for black walnut extract or traditional balsamic vinegar. Great on vanilla ice cream.  Drizzle on brussels sprouts and on cream cheese or goat cheese for a snack or appetizer.
