The Koroneiki olive is a Greek olive variety produced in California and mechanically cold - pressed and milled, with a state of the art filtration process which makes your olive oil shelf life increase.
Polyphenol total is 407.5!!! Much higher than normal, the olives were picked a little earlier and they were not as ripe.
120 - 220 are considered medium
220 and above are high (bold)
The more robust, bitter and peppery an oil will increase the total.
100% USDA certified Organic, filtered extra virgin olive oil from California. It is estate grown.
