Stonewall Kitchen Coconut Curry simmering sauce is an easy and delicious way to bring a Thai classic home. The recipe on the jar is simple, you just need chicken and flour. 

We also like to add spinach to the sauce and chicken, letting it wilt in the same pan. You can add a little extra salt and pepper if desired; just taste it as your heating it up. 

We like to serve it with a fresh squeeze of lemon and rice.
