Toasted Croutons
Ingredients:
2 cups of your favorite bread (use left-overs)
2 tablespoons of Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons soft butter
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Cut bread into cubes
Combine oil, butter and seasoning
Coat bread cubes in mixture
Arrange cubes on un-greased baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes, cool and savor with soups and salad
