It has a grassy aroma and fruity flavor with a pungent/peppery finish. This is our most popular olive oil because it is bursting with flavor and very versatile.
Polyphenol total 195!
(Range should be between 125 - 250 for a medium range); the more robust, bitter and peppery an oil is will increase the total. A mild oil will have a lower total.
Serving Suggestions
Perfect marinade, salad dressing, Caprese salad or dip for bread. Sauté fish, chicken or scramble eggs with cheese. Make fresh crostini from baguette to serve with hummus, appetizers, or eggs. Drizzle in your guacamole or hummus to add an extra creamy texture and flavor.
Pairs well with any of our balsamic vinegar; you can pair it with a flavored balsamic or traditional. It also does not need to be paired at all and can be served alone for dipping bread, as a salad dressing with lemon, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
